Abubakar Victor Uba
Illustration artist in Enugu
- 🇳🇬 Enugu, Enugu, Nigeria
- The Sunrise Art Collective
- 2007 to 2022
- English, Hausa
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2007 at The Sunrise Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Abubakar
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
