Khadija Damilola Kalu
Self-taught oil painting artist
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Bonny Pottery
- 2009 to 2024
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes street art. My first show was in 2009 at Bonny Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Bonny Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Khadija
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Khadija: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
