Abebe Tadesse Gebremariam
Netball and fitness coach, Bahir Dar
- 🇪🇹 Bahir Dar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Our Lady of Peace Community Club
- 1991 to 2024
- English, Amharic
For 33 years I ran the netball program at Our Lady of Peace Community Club in Bahir Dar. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
What gifts mean to Abebe: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
