Aarón C. Benítez

Local bicycle repair and weaving

  • 🇲🇽 San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico
  • Old San Cristóbal de las Casas Works
  • 2016 to 2025
  • Spanish
I've worked in bicycle repair from 2016 to 2025. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 190 apprentices. I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

More about Aarón

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
