After a violent robbery, Zhi has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the El Paso Counselling Collective cost $100 each. Zhi has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Zhi could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
