I coordinate donations at Harmony Women's Shelter in Nagpur. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Nagpur, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Harmony Women's Shelter on Wednesday between 9am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the Harmony Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

  • Keep going, Omar. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Bogor.

    • rooting for you, Omar. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money!
