Winter coats and boots for 31 children at the Pioneer Primary School in Kinondoni

I coordinate donations at the Pioneer Primary School in Kinondoni. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Kinondoni, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Pioneer Primary School on Monday between 9am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Pioneer Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Glad we found this place.
