I coordinate donations at the Baobab Family Centre in Da Nang. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Da Nang, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Baobab Family Centre on Tuesday between 11am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Baobab Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

  • So sorry you're going through this. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My neighbor in Ballarat donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Ballarat

    • Hope things get better soon, Nghĩa. This could happen to any of us. Sent it to 3 people at work. All the best.

      • Thinking of you and your family, Nghĩa. Shared this with my family. After 19 years in construction I know how hard it is to ask for anything. Take care.

        • stay strong. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Blessings
