Winter coats and boots for 16 children at the Union Family Centre in Fort Worth

I coordinate donations at the Union Family Centre in Fort Worth. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Fort Worth, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Union Family Centre on Thursday between 10am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Union Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
