Winter coats and boots for 16 children at Acacia Refugee Centre in Warri
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Acacia Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Acacia Refugee Centre in Warri. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Warri, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Acacia Refugee Centre on Thursday between 11am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Acacia Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending good thoughts, Usman. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
