Willow's a foreign object blocking the intestines: help with the vet bill

Willow is my cat of eleven years. On 22 September we rushed to the Faisalabad Emergency Vet Clinic with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond December. Willow is more than a pet - Willow is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $25 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
