Warm clothes needed: Pioneer Refugee Centre families in Pretoria
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Pioneer Refugee Centre.
🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa1,251 views
I coordinate donations at Pioneer Refugee Centre in Pretoria. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Pretoria, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Pioneer Refugee Centre on Sunday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Pioneer Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

Wishing you the best, Sibusiso. Gave what I could, wish it was more. All the best.
Wishing you the best, Sibusiso. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Cleveland.
Wishing you peace, Sibusiso. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Put this on a community board in Multan this morning!
