Volunteer day: Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive, Fresno
Our small team in Fresno is running the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 California, United States989 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 235 neighbors in Fresno. I help organize it with 11 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

You're not alone, Liam. Your post was clear and honest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
Take care. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Rawalpindi.
Stay strong, Liam. More neighborhoods should do this. I'll check back for the next update. Take care
