Volunteer day: Free Bike Repair Day, San Jose
Give a few hours to the Free Bike Repair Day - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇺🇸 California, United States1,249 views
Every year the Free Bike Repair Day brings together 172 neighbors in San Jose. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.

Hang in there. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Birmingham this morning.
