Victor needs a cochlear implant processor upgrade - help us make it happen
A cochlear implant processor upgrade would give Victor independence - we're $1,250 away.

Victor lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at Manila General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,250.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment Victor could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• cochlear implant processor upgrade: $1,150
• Fitting and training sessions: $20
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• First-year servicing plan: $55
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Stay strong, Rolando. I hope things turn around soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
