Union Park needs a rainwater harvesting system - Neil's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $650 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Union Park, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $650.
It will serve about 452 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $650 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $95
• Materials: $500
• Permits and inspections: $55
