After a difficult divorce, Tushar has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Mysuru Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Tushar has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Tushar could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
