Raymond is one semester away from finishing a diploma in hospitality management but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $3,650.

Raymond is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a diploma in hospitality management at Manchester University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,650.
The registrar has said Raymond can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Raymond has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Raymond would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Raymond isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Manchester University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
