Tuition fund for Masud: a law degree at Cox's Bazar State College

Masud is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Cox's Bazar State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Masud can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Masud has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Masud would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Masud isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Cox's Bazar State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
