Tuition fund for Larysa: a degree in civil engineering at Yekaterinburg Community College

Larysa is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at Yekaterinburg Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,200. The registrar has said Larysa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Larysa has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Larysa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Larysa isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Yekaterinburg Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
