I served eight years in the air force and was discharged in 2025 with a back injury. I have been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $1,600.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.

It's all in the list in the story. transport to appointments is the big one at $195, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. It helps to be asked.
