Hussein is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Fez Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,300.
The registrar has said Hussein can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hussein has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hussein would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Hussein isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Fez Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $500
• Final term tuition: $690
• Exam and lab fees: $20
• Textbooks and materials: $90
