Tuition fund for Hussain: a degree in social work at Rawalpindi University

Hussain is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Rawalpindi University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650. The registrar has said Hussain can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hussain has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hussain would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Hussain isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Rawalpindi University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
