Ali is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at the Málaga Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,800. The registrar has said Ali can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ali has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ali would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ali isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Málaga Institute of Technology bursar's office.
