Málaga
Ali is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at the Málaga Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,800. The registrar has said Ali can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ali has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ali would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Ali isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Málaga Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $2,800 goes: • Final term tuition: $2,550 • Textbooks and materials: $155 • Exam and lab fees: $95 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot. - Zahra

Hope things get better soon, Zahra. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Put this on a community board in Santa Fe this morning. All the best.
