Tuition fund for Adel: a master's in public health at 6th of October City State College

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a master's in public health at 6th of October City State College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a barista to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a top-ten-percent average, and my academic advisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the 6th of October City State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $220
• Final term tuition: $330
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $65

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Rome so I could bring a meal
