Looking for a Tigrinya speaker to translate a tenancy agreement so I can complete my benefits claim.

I'm David, and I live in Munich. For my benefits claim I have to submit a tenancy agreement in English, and the original is in Tigrinya. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 5 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
