After a long hospital stay, Byung-hun has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Gwangju cost $65 each. Byung-hun has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Byung-hun could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Byung-hun, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
