The Pioneer health centre yard needs a community fridge - Tess's neighborhood project
Volunteers in Rotterdam are raising $3,350 for a community fridge at the Pioneer health centre yard.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $3,350.
It will serve about 367 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $3,350 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $200
• Materials: $2,750
• Tools hire and delivery: $400
