The old Acacia bus depot needs a covered market stall space - Ravi's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $650 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 27 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Acacia bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $125, and the remaining cost is $650.
It will serve about 108 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $650 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $25
• Permits and inspections: $65
• Materials: $560
