Help Kyung-soo finish a computer science degree at Seoul Polytechnic - $2,950 to go

Kyung-soo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Seoul Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,950. The registrar has said Kyung-soo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Kyung-soo has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Kyung-soo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Kyung-soo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Seoul Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
