The Freedom health centre yard needs a skate park - Đào's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $300 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Freedom health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 367 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in March and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $300 goes:
• Materials: $180
• Permits and inspections: $45
• Safety equipment and signage: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $20
