Tenant-rights advice for Mercedes in Ciudad de México: a short consultation
Mercedes is dealing with repeated entry without notice and needs someone who knows the law in Ciudad de México to explain the options.

My landlord in Ciudad de México has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Ciudad de México could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Ciudad de México would also be appreciated.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

This could happen to any of us. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Kisumu.

Sending love, Mercedes. Your post was clear and honest. Wish I lived closer to Amsterdam so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Londrina.
