Tenant-rights advice for Kyung-soo in Seoul: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Seoul: a withheld security deposit.
🇰🇷 South Korea1,550 views
My landlord in Seoul has given me a withheld security deposit. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Seoul could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Seoul would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.
