Tenant-rights advice for Keith in Burnaby: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in British Columbia: repeated entry without notice.
🇨🇦 British Columbia, Canada116 views
My landlord in Burnaby has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in British Columbia could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in British Columbia would also be appreciated.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you. I hope things turn around soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings.
