Tenant-rights advice for Julian in Warren: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Michigan: a no-fault termination.
Anywhere in the world1,133 views
My landlord in Warren has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Michigan could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Michigan would also be appreciated.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Good luck. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
