Tenant-rights advice for Dustin in Fresno: a short consultation
Dustin is dealing with a no-fault termination and needs someone who knows the law in California to explain the options.

My landlord in Fresno has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in California could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in California would also be appreciated.
I hope life is good to you.

Hope things get better soon. Shared it with a few friends. I hope November is when things finally get easier. Blessings
Sending good thoughts, Dustin. Shared it with a few friends. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings
It takes guts to ask. Well done. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Thinking of Fresno.
