Tenant-rights advice for Chai in Bangkok: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Chai understand their rights.

My landlord in Bangkok has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Bangkok could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Bangkok would also be appreciated.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Rooting for you, Chai. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Fort Worth so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Busan.
Sending good thoughts, Chai. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Love from Dasmariñas
Sending love. Looking forward to the next update. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Bristol.
Hope it all works out, Chai. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
