Tenant-rights advice for Brenda in Albany: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Brenda understand their rights.

My landlord in Albany has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in New York could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in New York would also be appreciated.
Thanks for being kind about this.
