Surgery fund for Aiden: emergency hernia repair in Birmingham

In April I was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. My surgeon at Saint Anne Hospital recommended emergency hernia repair, and I have been placed on the schedule for July. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $7,250, and after what my insurance will pay, I'm still $5,150 short.
Doctors at Saint Anne Hospital told me a large ovarian cyst will get worse without emergency hernia repair. I work as a restaurant cook, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $7,250 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a restaurant cook have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 8 weeks. I'll not be able to drive during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.

Sure. The biggest one is surgeon and anesthesia fees, $2,000. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks, that means a lot.
