Stop the eviction: 3 months of rent for Valerio's family in Rome
A cut in working hours left Valerio short on rent for 3 months; help us stay in our home.

When my hours were cut in half in February, Valerio fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Thursday a final eviction notice was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $2,350.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by June, the family must leave.
There are 3 children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Valerio has started working two part-time jobs, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.

• Utilities in arrears: $110
• Rent arrears (3 months): $1,800
• First month of rent as a buffer: $440
