Start-up fund for Mariana: reopening a small grocery stall after a storm that collapsed the roof
A small grocery stall in San Sebastián needs help replacing a cold-storage unit after a storm that collapsed the roof.

For six years I have run a small grocery stall in San Sebastián. In May, a storm that collapsed the roof took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $2,100 goes:
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $1,300
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $330
• Shop repairs and licensing: $180
• Working capital for the first month: $290
Thank you for reading my story.

you're not alone, Mariana. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of San Sebastián!
best of luck. Shared it with a few friends. God bless
stay strong, Mariana. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My husband and I read this together.
