Start-up fund for Hetal: reopening a barbershop after floodwater
Hetal has run a barbershop for twelve years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $350 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a barbershop in Nagpur. In August, floodwater took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $350 goes:
• Initial stock: supplies: $45
• Working capital for the first month: $45
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $260
Thank you so much.

is there anything that isn't money that would help Hetal?
Best of luck, Hetal. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. God bless!
Thanks for sharing this, Hetal. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Wish I lived closer to Thane so I could bring a meal. Take care.
Sending strength, Hetal. Shared this with my family. Love from Moscow!
