Standing with Sota: early-stage lung cancer treatment costs
Sota is facing early-stage lung cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Sota was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in December. The oncology team at Tokyo Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Sota is 57, worked as a bus conductor until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Tokyo Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
