Naresh was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in October. The oncology team at Udaipur Cancer Centre has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in December. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Naresh is 54, worked as a hairdresser until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Udaipur Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,500 goes: • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $60 • Transport to Udaipur Cancer Centre: $90 • Household costs while unable to work: $240 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,110 Thanks for being kind about this.
