Bình was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in May. The oncology team at Cầu Giấy University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Bình is 44, worked as a construction supervisor until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Cầu Giấy University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $140

Scans and lab work is $195 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Fair thing to want to know.
