Sophia's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Help Sophia begin Year 10 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇺🇸 Detroit, Michigan, United States1,316 views
Sophia earned a place in Year 10 at Detroit Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $450, which is more than they have.
Sophia loves mathematics and wants to become a pilot. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $450 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $230
• School uniform and shoes: $95
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $125
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you and your family, Landon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Take care.
