Vaibhav lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Bhopal Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,300.
His current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Vaibhav could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.

• Delivery and set-up: $25
• First-year servicing plan: $50
