Septoplasty for Florence: covering what insurance won't

In August I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Embakasi Regional Medical Center recommended septoplasty, and I have been placed on the schedule for November. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,500, and after what my insurance will pay, I'm still $900 short. Doctors at Embakasi Regional Medical Center told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without septoplasty.
