School supplies and a laptop for Maria in Mississauga
Maria won a place at the Mississauga Selective School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Maria earned a place in Form 4 at the Mississauga Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $750, which is more than they have.
Maria loves coding and wants to become a marine biologist. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
She will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $750 goes:
• Laptop: $420
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $95
• Textbooks and workbooks: $235
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
